Selected nursing homes from across the state are partnering with us to reduce pressure ulcer and restraint use within their homes. Technical assistance, resources and tools are being provided to assist in their quality improvement efforts.

The Advancing Excellence in America's Nursing Homes Campaign toolkits will be utilized for education and implementation.
