Mentoring Overview

Peers are often the best teachers for adult learners. Listed in the chart below are nursing homes in Nebraska that have agreed to become mentors and share their experience and expertise with facilities wanting assistance in quality measure improvement, culture change or resident-directed care.

Before entering into a mentoring relationship, please read “Roles and Responsibilities of Mentors and Mentees” located in the Mentoring Documents segment to the right.  Related materials can also be found under other Nursing Homes' sections.

Additional Mentor Nursing Homes Are Always Welcome!
For those nursing homes interested in becoming a mentor to other nursing homes, please contact CIMRO of Nebraska and ask to speak to a member of the Nursing Home Team at 800-458-4262.
