CIMRO of Nebraska aims to improve healthcare through promotion and an increased use of preventive services, which leads to earlier diagnoses and better patient outcomes. This effort supports the National Quality Strategy Triple Aim of 1) better care 2) affordable care and 3) healthier communities.

We are partnering with healthcare providers to promote immunizations and cancer screenings and improved cardiovascular health. Electronic health record systems will be used to improve care management, manage patient services and engage patients in their healthcare.

Assistance will range from hands-on technical assistance to aid in the understanding of how to capture and report data to a Learning and Action Network focused on improved cardiovascular health.
