To improve the quality of care and patient outcomes
for Medicare beneficiaries receiving homecare services, CIMRO of Nebraska assists
agencies in the successful implementation of continuous quality improvement processes based on the
Home Health Outcome-Based Quality Improvement (OBQI) System.

Hospitalizations (ACH) for patients receiving home healthcare
reduce the frequency with which pain
interferes with a patient's activities or movement
improve clinical outcomes for other publicly reported measures
incorporate assessment of influenza
and pneumococcal vaccinations into comprehensive patient assessment

technology and in developing methods to improve organizational culture.
