The mission of the Nebraska Adult Immunization Coalition (NAIC) is to promote and encourage awareness, education and the appropriate provision of adult vaccinations to Nebraskans.
 
Members of the NAIC support coalition efforts by sharing ideas and resources to assist in reaching out to Nebraskans to increase immunizations, while reducing duplication of efforts.  

In our continuing efforts to improve rates of preventive care services to Medicare beneficiaries, we are launching a campaign, Vaccinate & Communicate, during this year’s flu and pneumonia season.

Vaccinate & Communicate focuses on the need to communicate the immunization status of Medicare beneficiaries among healthcare providers and for individuals to update their primary care provider(s) on their immunization status. Communication is a key element to ensure patients are immunized properly and help reduce missed opportunities and/or duplication of vaccinations from multiple providers.
